Today our little home is being featured on Dreamy Dwellings over at It’s Overflowing.
I was super excited and honored when Aimee contacted me and asked if she could feature our house. It was pretty much a no-brainer, ummm…OF COURSE! It made me feel like the Nate Berkus Show wanted to feature us on House Proud. Man, I miss his show! Why did they ever cancel it??
Anyways, back on topic– Aimee’s blog It’s Overflowing is fantastic. She always has great DIY ideas and her house is beautiful.

Hi! I just read your post over at Aimee’s! Love how you are turning an old house into something beatiful and fun again! We have been working on our 120+ year old home for 15 years and are starting to see the end – at least on the inside! Aimee is featuring it the end of January – hope you will come by to see it!
Thank you! I do think there is value in restoring and caring for an older home. It definitely comes with little adventures though! I can’t wait to see your home featured. The outside of our house we haven’t touched yet–that’s why I didn’t photograph it

It’s very nice what you have done with a small space. People tend toward giant houses these days when they could use less space more creatively.
I’m not going to lie, I wish my house was a little bigger at times, but I do enjoy the coziness and intimacy of a smaller space. I agree, it definitely makes you creative! xo Kristin
