I am in love with tray tables.

They are so versatile. You can use them as bars, end tables, occasional tables, night stands, and the list goes on.
I wanted to achieve the same look. So, here is my little 2 second tray table!
I used tv trays. Super inexpensive, and I think most everyone has them or can get them. I used trays that were almost the same size as the tv tray top.

This could be a fun DIY. You could paint the legs or even take the tv tray table top off and use the tray as the table top. Since I am a creature of change, I didn’t want something so permanent. I love the finished look though.

That looks great. I was eyeing those trays at Pier One a while back.
I just added a tray to the top of one of our side tables over the weekend – not quite the same look, but it certainly brings in an extra pop of color! Great idea.
